Working Principle Of PP Filter
Leave a message
The working principle of PP filter is mainly based on physical interception. When the fluid flows through the filter element, larger particles, suspended matter and other impurities will be trapped on the surface of the filter element or between the fibers inside, thereby achieving a purification effect.
Specific working principle
Mechanical interception: The polypropylene microporous membrane of the PP folded filter element has a precise pore size structure (usually 0.1μm-100μm), which intercepts particles, colloids and other impurities larger than the membrane pore size through physical interception. This mechanism can effectively remove suspended matter, microorganisms and particulate pollutants in water in the preparation of pure water for the electronics industry.
Deep filtration and adsorption interception: The filter element adopts a folded structure to form a multi-layer filtration channel, extend the fluid path, and enhance the capture ability of tiny particles. At the same time, the surface of the polypropylene material has a weak adsorption characteristic, which can adsorb some organic and ionic pollutants.
